With more expectations arising for the release of Bheema, the latest buzz in the town is that director Lingusamy after witnessing the unhappy climax of Kireedom, has decided to change the climax of Bheema.

There are lot of expectations linked with film recently the director Linguswamy after the observing the ignominy of kireedom in the theaters, he has also changed the climax of the film. The original climax had the central character passive to the baddies that will impudently make Vikram fans unhappy, hence the pessimistic ending has been converted into a positive one. Hope this film makes a sheer mark on the film buffs, as there have already been many delays prior to the release of the film.

Esha Deol, (born November 2, 1981) is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films. Esha is the first daughter of actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini and half-sister to actors Bobby Deol and Sunny Deol. She also has a younger sister, Ahana. Contrastingly, in her next movie Just Married , Esha plays a woman who has an arranged marriage with a man ( Fardeen Khan ) of her parents’ choice. The film is a tale of newly married couple’s awkwardness in their first month after wedding.

Esha says although she does not endorse the idea of arranged marriage she relied upon the experiences of some of her close friends (who married arranged) for her role in the movie.

'All three are slated for a 2007 release. 'However, Deepika has categorically denied ever having met Priyadarshan', and claims she is not doing his film. Khan's and Mehra's films, however, seem very much on the anvil, though she is reluctant to talk about them with the press and won't confirm or deny developments. .

Padukone has also now taken a further step into Bollywood by moving from Bangalore to Mumbai.

Movie Review - Victoria no 203

Masala movies of the 70s had a kooky charm of their own. They had a weird logic, an eagerness to please and entertainment-at-any-cost credo. Considering most of them were made without written scripts and strung along from day to day as the shooting went, they came out looking remarkably coherent — but also over-dependent on stars.

Today, Ananth Narayan Mahadevan gets a readymade script of a successful film, and can’t do much with it. Something like an ordinary cook trying to recreate a haute cuisine recipe from a book. The ingredients can be assembled, but how to mix and match, that’s where the expertise lies. Or you get an undercooked or charred (like this week’s other release RGV Ki Aag) inedible mess.Rich Bobby Bombatta (Jaaved Jaaferi) and his moll (Preeti Jhangiani) are offended when his offer to buy diamonds worth Rs 100 crore is turned down, so they plan to steal them. His partner in crime Ranjit (Kamal Sadanah) gets an acrobatic Tora (all cleavage no expression) to grab the stones from a high-security cell (the same old dodging laser beams sequence), but she has ideas of her own.

Ranjit stabs the double crosser, but not before she has hidden the diamonds in Victoria No 203 and arranged to get the locker key to her brother. The victoria driver is arrested for the murder, and the key reaches the hands of two old crooks Raja and Rana (Anupam Kher-Om Puri).The Victoria driver’s daughter Sara (Soniya Mehra) takes up her father’s work disguised as a boy and also tries to find the real killer. An undercover cop (Jimmy Shergill) falls in love with her, but otherwise has little to do.

The highlight of the 1972 film was Saira Banu’s dance in a towel. Soniya Mehra does it too, without a fraction of the sizzle and an embarrassing product placement for a towel brand on full display. So tacky! Pran and Ashok Kumar as Raja and Rana had a genuine chemistry and sense of comedy. Om Puri and Anupam Kher look ill at ease. The climax at a South Indian film shoot, with Mahadeven himself playing a caricature ‘Madrasi’ director is dreadful. Better to get a DVD of the old film instead!

Shivaji black and white film at Toronto

Shivaji Chandrabhushan’s black and white film, frozen will be a part of discovery section of Toronto international film festival 2007.

The film is based on life in Ladakh and was shot in extreme conditions at height of 1500 ft above sea level with temperature of minus 30 degrees Celsius. Shivajee had most of actors who could bear extreme climatic conditions and senior most was Danny Denozongpa.

Film was shot in black and white for interest of creativity. The film was actually shot in color and was converted to digital intermediate black and white in a lab in los angeles. Director had tried many labs in India to get black and white version but none gave him satisfied results so he walked to US and got excellent results.

The team had tough time shooting for film in Ladakh and carried everything along with them. It was tedious and expensive process of shooting film which completed in a month.

Hot and Sexy Trisha Got chance, instead of Nayanthara

After several rounds of in and out, Trisha has finally pipped Nayantara to bag the heroine's role in Kuruvi.

In a sensational turnaround, Trisha has made a comeback as the heroine of Vijay in Dharani directed Kuruvi, produced by Udayanidhi Stalin.

Just a couple of days ago, sources in the production house confirmed that Nayantara would be the heroine.

Dharani, Vijay and music composer Vidyasagar, who came together to create magic on screen with Gilli, are back again for Kuruvi. It meant Trisha, who was part of the Gilli team, missing the bus.

Dharani has denied rumours that Kuruvi would be a sequel to Gilli. Vijay is fast wrapping up the shooting for Azhagiya Tamil Magan and is expected to commence shooting for Kuruvi soon.

In a turnaround, Trisha has reportedly replaced Nayantara now. Dharani has left to Hyderabad to brief Trisha on her role in Kuruvi.

Alas, Trisha has pipped Nayantara now to bag the plump offer.
